I wanted to touch base with you all about our new Big Ticket Games Program. I am super excited to let you know that Boosters is working hard this year to increase attendance and morale around sports. We have created what we are calling our Big Ticket Games. At these games Boosters will be giving out stickers to the students who attend the game. If students collect a sticker for each sport in a season, and take a picture with the sticker, they can enter for a chance to win a $100 gift card. In addition we will be handing out sponsor T-shirts and prizes, to people in the stands. For each of these Big Ticket Games, we are going to be advertising to the community and inviting them to come, we are going to allow Booster Sponsors a chance to set up a booth at these games, and hand out goodies. We will also be handing out a Sponsor sleeve that has links to all of our Booster sponsors as well as links to all of our sporting events for each sport. These sleeves are intended to hold a sheet from your team. On that sheet you can put yours and the other teams rosters, you can put your own sponsor info, you can do a tribute you to your seniors (especially if your big ticket game falls on Senior Night) It is completely up to you what you want on your team's sheet that will go inside of our sponsor sleeves. It will be up to the coaches or the team parents to create and print these sheets. Boosters will have the sleeves ready, and it will be up to you to bring your sheet to the game for us to stuff in them and hand out to parents as they come in through the gate. It is very important that you understand that you will be responsible for this sheet and Boosters is not going to be. We will hand out as many sleeves as you have rosters/sheets, so please make sure you have something to go in these sleeves for the Big Ticket Games. 

 

Fall Sports coaches, below are the dates that were given to me as your Big Ticket Games. I will begin advertising these to the community, kids, and to parents. Please be sure to have your sheets ready for your games. We will need them to be available for both games. If your team does not have a Big Ticket Game scheduled it is because I was told that it was not possible to have parents and more fans come watch, or I was not given a schedule for games/matches you would like people to attend. If you would like us to add your games/matches to this list, please contact me ASAP.
